We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Permanent Associate Medical Director to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced medical professional to be part of a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering top-quality patient-centered care. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our healthcare services, driving quality improvement, and leading our dedicated team of physicians.
Responsibilities: As the Permanent Associate Medical Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing leadership and direction to our team of physicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. 2. Developing and implementing strategies for population health management and preventive care. 3. Overseeing the operations of our ambulatory care services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Collaborating with the Medical Director and other key stakeholders to develop and implement healthcare strategies and initiatives. 5. Leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. 6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. 7. Participating in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services. 8. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior physicians and medical staff. 9. Promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the medical team.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Associate Medical Director role, you must meet the following qualifications:
1. A Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. 2. Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. 4. Strong experience in population health management, preventive care, ambulatory care, and healthcare operations. 5. Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives. 6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards. 9. Ability to make critical decisions under pressure. 10. Strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
