Job DetailsThe Role:
We are seeking a Litigation Assistant to support our attorneys with a blend of litigation-related and administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is detail-oriented, and can balance deadlines with ongoing administrative needs.
Job Duties
- Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation support
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage and organize case files (both electronic and physical)
- Perform e-filing and assist with court-related deadlines
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred
